Turkish Airlines' planes parked at old base

Turkey's national flag carrier Turkish Airlines announced that it would limit domestic flights amid the novel coronavirus outbreak. Because of this a large of its fleet has returned to old base.

Turkish Airlines embarked on a mammoth logistical operation 6 April 2019, moved from its old base at Ataturk Airport to the newly built Istanbul Airport. Turkish Airlines was making only Cargo flights from Atatürk Airport.

But earlier Turkey's national flag carrier Turkish Airlines announced that it would limit domestic flights amid the novel coronavirus outbreak. Because of this a large of its fleet has returned to old base.
