Icelandair Plane Landing Gear Collapses

On February 7, the right main landing gear of a Boeing 757-200 of Icelandair collapsed during landing at Keflavik Airport, Reykjavik .

On February 7, the right main landing gear of a Boeing 757-200 of Icelandair collapsed during landing at Keflavik Airport, Reykjavik .

The Icelandair aircraft, registered as TF-FIA, was arriving from Berlin Tegel as FI529 and attempted to land on runway 10 near the runway crossing of runways 10/28 and 01/19.

After the incident, one more aircraft, another Icelandair 757, was allowed to land on runway 01. Currently, all other arriving flights are returning back to the UK.
